STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: City staff has reviewed public improvements for Prairie
Crossing Plat 7 and find it in general conformance with the standard
specifications for the City of Waukee.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the resolution.

THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
RESOLUTION 19-
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS [PRAIRIE CROSSING PLAT 7]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, McAninch, Inc., of Des Moines, IA, has completed the public
improvements associated with Prairie Crossing Plat 7; AND,
WHEREAS, City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of
Prairie Crossing Plat 7 and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part of this
project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of
Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 15th day of July, 2019, that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with Prairie Crossing Plat 7.
