AGENDA ITEM: Consideration of approval of Payment Estimate No. 4 to Ball Team, LLC for
the Waukee City Hall Renovation Project in the amount of $99,945.00.
FORMAT: Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Payment Estimate No. 4 to Ball Team, LLC in the amount
of $99,945.00 is for the Waukee City Hall Renovation Project that is currently
under construction. The pay estimate relates to general conditions, siding,
vestibule improvements, electrical and some site furnishings. The targeted
completion date for the project is the first of August.
