SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: A storm water detention easement associated with the
recently approved site plan for Graham Collision Center is necessary for the
storm water detention area of the development.

RESOLUTION 19-
APPROVING PUBLIC STORM WATER DETENTION EASEMENT ASSOCIATED
WITH LOT 6 OF HICKMAN WEST INDUSTRIAL PARK PLAT 1 [MICHAEL R.
GRAHAM]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, a final plat has been approved for Hickman West Industrial Park Plat 1; AND,
WHEREAS, it is necessary to acquire a storm water detention easement across Lot 6 of
Hickman West Industrial Park Plat 1.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
5th day of August 2019, that it hereby approves the storm water detention easement across Lot 6
of Hickman West Industrial Park Plat 1 owned by Michael R. Graham.
