AGENDA ITEM: Consideration of approval of Change Order No. 1 to Air-Con Mechanical
Corporation for the Waukee Public Library RTU Replacement Project
increasing the contract in the amount of $6,748.96
FORMAT: Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: The proposed Change Order No. 1 consists of installing
concrete footings to support the existing exterior ductwork that the new RTU
connects in to.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: $6,748.96
COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT:
STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: The proposed change is accounted for within the project
contingency.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the Change Order
