unable to fulfill her term scheduled to expire January 31, 2020.

RESOLUTION 19-
APPROVING MAYOR’S APPOINTMENT OF A CITIZEN MEMBER TO THE
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION FOR AN UNEXPIRED TERM ENDING
JANUARY 31, 2020
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County;
AND,
WHEREAS, Planning and Zoning Commissioner Kathryn Sandie is unable to complete her
term, scheduled to expire January 31, 2020; AND,
WHEREAS, Mayor William F. Peard appoints ______________ to fill the unexpired Planning
& Zoning Commission term of Kathryn Sandie.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
7th day of October, 2019, that the mayor’s appointment of ____________ to the Planning and
Zoning Commission for an unexpired term ending January 31, 2020, is hereby approved.
