The public improvements associated with this plat include sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and water main extensions. Additionally, the applicant will construct a new extension of Interstate Parkway. FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT: STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: At this time a majority of staff comments have been addressed and Staff is working with the applicant to get the last few minor comments addressed. RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the resolution subject to remaining staff comments. ATTACHMENTS: I. Proposed Resolution II. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa on this 15th day of January, 2018 that the Construction Drawings for I-80 West Industrial Park Plat 2 be approved subject to remaining staff comments. ____________________________ William F.
