AGENDA ITEM:Consideration of approval of a motion setting March 19, 2018 as the date of
public hearing on the vacation of a portion of a Storm Water Management
Facility Maintenance Covenant and Permanent Easement Agreement [The
Shops at Kettlestone North Plat 1]
FORMAT:Motion
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: It has been determined that a portion of the property
included within the stormwater maintenance covenant and easement for The
Shops at Kettlestone North Plat 1 needs to be vacated as the stormwater on the
property does not flow into the pond as identified within the easement.
Separate stormwater detention will be necessary for the property proposed to
be removed from the easement area.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:
COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT:
STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Staff would recommend approval of setting the public
hearing date for March 19, 2018 to discuss the vacation of the existing
easement.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the motion.
