SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: The Waukee Community Festivals organization plans
to have a beer garden as part of their June 2, 2018 Celebrate Waukee
festival and June 15, 2018 BACooN Waukee event, both held in
Centennial Park.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:
COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT:
STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Police, Fire, and Development Services Departments
have reviewed the application and find no reason to deny the permit at
this time.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the application, pending proof of dram insurance.
