Des Moines Wine Festival, d/b/a Winefest Des Moines [685 SE
Southfork Drive], pending proof of dram insurance
FORMAT:Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Des Moines Wine Festival has applied for a liquor
license associated with a private dining event at a Waukee residence.
Neighbors in the vicinity of the event have been informed by Des Moines
Wine Festival. The Festival has hosted similar events in West Des
Moines without issue.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:
COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT:
STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Police, Fire, and Development Services Departments
have reviewed the application and find no reason to deny the permit at
this time.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the liquor license, pending proof of dram insurance.
