drawings for The Shops at Kettlestone Plat 4
FORMAT:Resolution
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON:
The subject property is located north of Ashworth Road and west of Grand Prairie Parkway. The
public improvements associated with this plat include sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and water main
extensions. Additionally, the applicant will construct extensions of two streets. Plat 4 includes lots
for commercial and office park development.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:
COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT:
STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: At this time a majority of staff comments have been
addressed and Staff is working with the applicant to get the last few comments addressed.
RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the resolution subject to remaining
staff comments.
