SE Laurel St., BACooN Bike Ride], pending proof of dram insurance

SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: The owners of Mickey’s Irish Pub request an
extended outdoor service area for the BACooN Bike Ride post-event
party.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:
COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT:
STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Police, Fire, and Development Services Departments
have reviewed the application and find no reason to deny the permit at
this time.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the application.
