AGENDA ITEM:Consideration of approval of Payment Estimate No. 1 to Concrete
Connections for the Waukee Dog Park and Trailhead Project in the amount of
$132,828.38.
FORMAT:Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Payment Estimate No. 1 to Concrete Connections is for
mobilization, survey, clearing and grubbing, earthwork, and installation of
storm pipe, sanitary sewer, and water main. The quantities completed to date
have been reviewed and agreed upon by the contractor, City of Waukee Staff,
and Confluence.

and signature by Waukee City Council. Quantities have been reviewed and agreed upon by the
