FORMAT:Consent Agenda SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Payment Estimate No. 1 to Concrete Connections is for mobilization, survey, clearing and grubbing, earthwork, and installation of storm pipe, sanitary sewer, and water main. The quantities completed to date have been reviewed and agreed upon by the contractor, City of Waukee Staff, and Confluence. FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT: STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Approve Payment RECOMMENDATION: Approve the resolution. ATTACHMENTS: I.
