HomeMy WebLinkAbout2018-07-02-J01V Kettlestone Office Development_Rezoning_Set PH AGENDA ITEM: CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA CITY COUNCIL MEETING COMMUNICATION MEETING DATE: June 18, 2018 AGENDA ITEM: Consideration of approval of a Motion to set a Public Hearing Date of July 16, 2018, as the date of public hearing on an ordinance to amend Chapter 301, Zoning Ordinance, City of Waukee, Iowa, by rezoning certain property from K-OF to K-OF / PD-1 (Kettlestone Office Development) FORMAT: Motion SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Staff has received a request for rezoning of approximately 12.4 acres from K-OF (Kettlestone Office District) to K- OF (Kettlestone Office District) / PD-1 (Planned Development Overlay District). The subject property is located south of SE Tallgrass Lane and west of Grand Prairie Parkway. FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT: STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Staff would recommend a public hearing date be set for July 16, 2018, to further discuss the proposed changes.
