AGENDA ITEM:Consideration of approval of Payment Estimate No. 2 to Concrete
Connections for the Waukee Dog Park and Trailhead Project in the amount of
$37,056.44.
FORMAT:Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Payment Estimate No. 2 to Concrete Connections is for
mobilization, survey, material testing, earthwork, and construction of the
restroom facility. The quantities completed to date have been reviewed and
agreed upon by the contractor, City of Waukee Staff, and Confluence.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:$37,056.44
COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT:
STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Approve Payment
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the resolution.

and signature by Waukee City Council. Quantities have been reviewed and agreed upon by the
