RECOMMENDATION: Approve the resolution approving contract with J. Pettiecord, Inc., of
Bondurant, IA, in the amount of $70,850.00.

RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT [WEST AREA
TRUNK SEWER PHASE 1 CLEARING AND GRUBBING
PROJECT]
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, STATE
OF IOWA:
That the construction contract executed and insurance coverage for the construction of
certain public improvements described in general as the West Area Trunk Sewer Phase 1
Clearing and Grubbing Project, and as described in detail in the Request for Quotes that was
provided to vendors, and which have been signed by the Mayor and Clerk on behalf of the City
be and the same are hereby approved as follows:
Contractor: J. Pettiecord, Inc., of Bondurant, IA
Amount of bid: $70,850.00
Portion of project: All construction work
PASSED AND APPROVED this 23rd day of July, 2018.
