AGENDA ITEM: Consideration of approval of a motion setting August 20, 2018 as the date of
public hearing on the vacation of a Storm Water Management Facility
Maintenance Covenant and Permanent Easement Agreement [The Shops at
Kettlestone North Plat 1]
FORMAT: Motion
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: The developer provided a new maintenance covenant and
easement as a part of the approval of The Shops at Kettlestone North Plat 4
which has been already approved by the City Council. The new easement
accurately reflects the benefited and responsible parties for the detention pond
within the development which requires the need to vacate the existing
easement.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:
COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT:
STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Staff would recommend approval of setting the public
hearing date for August 20, 2018 to discuss the vacation of the existing
easement.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the motion.
