AGENDA ITEM:Consideration of approval of Payment Estimate No. 3 to Concrete
Connections for the Waukee Dog Park and Trailhead Project in the amount of
$126,318.08.
FORMAT:Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Payment Estimate No. 3 to Concrete Connections is for
construction of the restroom facility, 5” PCC pavement, earth work, and
electrical work. The quantities completed to date have been reviewed and
agreed upon by the contractor, City of Waukee Staff, and Confluence.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:$126,318.08
COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT:

RECOMMENDATION: Approve the resolution.
