SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON:
The change order is to for additional methods and materials to stabilize the site for erosion control
and to adjust plan quantities to as-constructed quantities.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: The net result of this
Change Order decreases the contract price by $2,439.00.
