AGENDA ITEM:Consideration of approval of Change Order No. 1 to EJM Pipe Services,
Inc. for the Little Walnut Creek Trunk Sewer Extension - Phase 3, the
change order increases the contract price by $99,945.00.
FORMAT:Motion
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: The change order is for the Field Drain Lines item,
cleaning up additional tree debris within construction limits, installing a
water stop at the creek crossing, and adding the work shown on attached
DWGS. X-1 – X-3. Change order item numbers 1.22 through 1.28 are
being added as part of the Little Walnut Creek Trunk Sewer Extension -
Phase 3 but will be deducted from the Little Walnut Creek Sewer
Extension - Phase 4 Project.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: The net result of this
Change Order increases the contract price by a total of $99,945.00.
