utility plans for Morgan Plat 1

SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON:
The subject property is located north of Hickman Road between S Avenue and T Avenue. The
improvements include the mass grading and installation of private sanitary sewer and storm sewer
pipe for the initial phase of the Apple Data Center project.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:
COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT:
STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: At this time a majority of staff comments have been
addressed and Staff is working with the applicant to get the last few comments addressed.
RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the resolution.

APPROVING THE GRADING & SITE UTILITY PLANS FOR
MORGAN PLAT 1
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, grading and site utility plans have been submitted to the City for Morgan Plat 1
AND,
WHEREAS, the grading and site utility plans have been reviewed by the City Engineer and City
staff, and are found to be in general conformance with section §303 - Land Subdivision
Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa on
this 4th day of September, 2018 that the grading and site utility plans for Morgan Plat 1 be
approved.
