RESOLUTION 18-
APPROVING APPLICATION FOR A STATE REVOLVING FUND (SRF) LOAN
[SOUTHWEST AREA TRUNK SEWER PHASE 2 AND BLUESTEM TRUNK SEWER
PROJECTS]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee proposes to submit a State Revolving Fund (SRF) loan
application to the Iowa Finance Authority for the Southwest Area Trunk Sewer Phase 2 and
Bluestem Trunk Sewer Projects; AND,
WHEREAS, the filing of the loan application is in the best interest of the citizens of the City of
Waukee, Iowa, and should be authorized.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa on this 1st day
of October, 2018.
