drawings for Stone Prairie Plat 4 Phase 2

SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON:
The subject property is located south of SE Westown Parkway and west of SE L.A. Grant Parkway.
The public improvements associated with this plat include completion of a right turn lane and
installation of curb and gutter at the southwest corner of the SE Westown Parkway / SE L.A. Grant
Parkway intersection.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:
COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT:
STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: All staff comments have been addressed.
RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the resolution.

RESOLUTION 18-
APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS FOR
STONE PRAIRIE PLAT 4 PHASE 2
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, construction plans have been submitted to the City for Stone Prairie Plat 4 Phase 2;
AND,
WHEREAS, the construction drawings have been reviewed by the City Engineer and City staff,
and are found to be in general conformance with section §303 - Land Subdivision Ordinance of
the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa on
this 1st day of October, 2018 that the Construction Drawings for Stone Prairie Plat 4 Phase 2 be
approved.
