Sugar Creek Municipal Golf Course Water Supply Project

Public Hearing on Proposed Contract Documents and Estimated Costs for Repair
or Improvement. A public hearing will be held by the City of Waukee on the proposed contract
documents (plans, specifications and form of contract) and estimated cost for the improvement
at its meeting at 5:30 PM on October 15, 2018, at 230 W Hickman Road, Waukee, IA 50263.
Time and Place for Filing Sealed Proposals. Sealed bids for the work comprising
the repair & improvement as stated below must be filed before 2:00 PM on October 10, 2018,
in the office of the City Clerk, 230 W Hickman Road, Waukee, IA 50263.
Project Description: The construction includes approximately 5,700 cubic yards
of grading & pond dredging, 975 tons of class D rip-rap, golf cart path adjustments and other
associated work located at the Sugar Creek Municipal Golf Course, 1505 6th St, in the city of
Waukee, Iowa
