FORMAT: Consent Agenda SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Payment Estimate No. 1 (Final) to Edge Commercial in the amount of $76,646.00 is for the Library Envelope Improvement Project that has recently been completed on the exterior of the library. The project has been completed and the pay estimate is for the full amount of the contract minus retainage. The release of retainage will occur 30 days from approval. FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT: STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Approve Payment RECOMMENDATION: Approve the resolution. ATTACHMENTS: I. I have also reviewed the attached Pay application #1 and find it aligns with the contract bid amount of $80,680, minus retainage for an amount of $76,646. I recommend payment of this application and to start the process toward releasing of retainage on the City of Waukee’s schedule. Let me know if there are any questions or concerns.
