unable to fulfill his term scheduled to expire January 31, 2023.

RESOLUTION 18-
APPROVING MAYOR’S APPOINTMENT OF A CITIZEN MEMBER TO THE
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION FOR AN UNEXPIRED TERM ENDING
JANUARY 31, 2023
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County;
AND,
WHEREAS, Planning and Zoning Commissioner Greg Martin is unable to complete his term,
scheduled to expire January 31, 2023; AND,
WHEREAS, Mayor William F. Peard appoints _______________ to fill the unexpired Planning
& Zoning Commission term of Greg Martin.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
15th day of October, 2018, that the mayor’s appointment of _____________ to the Planning and
Zoning Commission for an unexpired term ending January 31, 2023, is hereby approved.
