trash enclosure is proposed at the northwest corner of the site and a monument sign is shown at the
southeast corner of the site along Hickman Road.
ACCESS AND PARKING
The main access to this site is provided off of the private street, NE Venture Drive. This is a shared access
with West Bank to the east of the subject site. An additional shared access is provided at the southwest

A total of 43 parking spaces are required for this facility, this includes 15 spaces per 1,000 square feet of

sanitary sewer that is located on the south side of the site, along Hickman Road. Storm water detention will
be accommodated in the existing private detention basins located to the north of this site, on property also
owned by the same owner as the subject property. The water in these basins eventually drain into the regional
basin located just north of NE Horizon Drive and west of NE Alice’s Road.
