LLC., for the Fox Creek Park Phase II Project in the amount of $66,500.00

SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Payment Estimate No. 2 to Caliber Concrete LLC. is for
concrete, earthwork, and chain link fencing for the pickle ball and tennis
courts. The quantities completed to date have been reviewed and agreed upon
by the contractor, City of Waukee Staff, and Genus Landscape Architects.
