drawings for Autumn Ridge Plat 1, Lot 3

SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON:
The subject property is located south of SE Olson Drive and east of SE Alice’s Road. The public
improvements associated with this plat include a short extension of public sanitary sewer. In
addition, extensions of private utilities will be installed for future development of the property.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:

STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: All staff comments have been addressed.
RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the resolution.

RESOLUTION 18-
APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS FOR
AUTUMN RIDGE PLAT 1, LOT 3
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, construction plans have been submitted to the City for Autumn Ridge Plat 1, Lot 3;
AND,
WHEREAS, the construction drawings have been reviewed by the City Engineer and City staff,
and are found to be in general conformance with section §303 - Land Subdivision Ordinance of
the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa on
this 19th day of November, 2018 that the Construction Drawings for Autumn Ridge Plat 1, Lot 3
be approved.
