SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON:
The subject property is located south of Ashworth Road and east of Sugar Creek Lane. The public
improvements associated with this plat include the installation of a public water main along the
east side of Sugar Creek Lane.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:

STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: All staff comments have been addressed.
RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the resolution.

THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
RESOLUTION 18-
APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS FOR
TWIN OAKS
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, construction plans have been submitted to the City for Twin Oaks; AND,
WHEREAS, the construction drawings have been reviewed by the City Engineer and City staff,
and are found to be in general conformance with section §303 - Land Subdivision Ordinance of
the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa on
this 19th day of November, 2018 that the Construction Drawings for Twin Oaks be approved.
