THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
RESOLUTION 18-
APPROVING ENGINEERING SERVICES AMENDMENT NO. 2 BETWEEN THE CITY OF
WAUKEE AND FOTH INFRASTRUCTURE AND ENVIRONMENT, LLC [ALICE’S ROAD
CORRIDOR PROJECT PHASE 4]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, on July 18, 2016, the Waukee City Council approved an Agreement for Professional
Consulting Services with Foth Infrastructure & Environment, LLC [Reconstruction Design Services,
SE Alice’s Road North of University Avenue to North of SE Olson Drive (Phase 4)] (Resolution #16-
307); AND,
WHEREAS, on December 4, 2017, the Waukee City Council Approved Amendment No. 1 to the
Agreement for Professional Consulting Services (Resolution #17-562); AND,
WHEREAS, Foth Infrastructure & Environment, LLC, has submitted Amendment No. 2 to the
agreement for additional services including field visits, construction meetings, processing of pay
vouchers, daily communication, and modification of construction documents; AND,
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has reviewed the proposed amendment and finds it satisfactory.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee that the
Engineering Services Amendment No. 2 between the City of Waukee and Foth Infrastructure and
Environment, LLC [Alice’s Road Corridor Improvements Phase 4], attached hereto as Exhibit A, is
hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved the 19th day of November,
2018.
