SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Payment Estimate No. 3 to Caliber Concrete LLC. is for
concrete, earthwork, plumbing and building materials. The quantities
completed to date have been reviewed and agreed upon by the contractor, City
of Waukee Staff, and Genus Landscape Architects.
