THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
RESOLUTION 17-
ADOPTING CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM FOR
FISCAL YEARS 2018-2022
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, the City Administrator has submitted a recommended Capital Improvement
Program (CIP) for fiscal years 2018 through 2022; AND,
WHEREAS, Code of Iowa §384.15(3) requires a public hearing on the recommended
Capital Improvement Program prior to adoption; AND,
WHEREAS, on January 3, 2017, the Waukee City Council set the public hearing for
January 16, 2017, at 5:30 p.m. to consider the City’s Capital Improvement Program (CIP)
for fiscal years 2018 through 2022, and public notice of such hearing was published as
provided by law; AND,
WHEREAS, members of the public interested in the City’s Capital Improvement
Program (CIP) for fiscal years 2018 through 2022 have been given the opportunity to
present to the City Council on the matter.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 16th day of January, 2017, that the City of Waukee Capital Improvement
Program (CIP) for fiscal years 2018 through 2022 is hereby approved and adopted.
