STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: City Staff has reviewed Autumn Ridge Plat 1 Public
Improvements and find it in general conformance with the standard
specification for the City of Waukee.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the resolution.

RESOLUTION 17-
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[AUTUMN RIDGE PLAT 11
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, The Underground Company of Carlisle, IA, has completed the public
improvements associated with Autumn Ridge Plat 1; AND,
WHEREAS, City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of
Autumn Ridge Plat 1 and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part of this
project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of
Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 16"' day of January, 2017, that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with Autumn Ridge Plat 1.
