SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: This easement is required for the construction of the
Alices Road Phase 4 project.

STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: The purchase agreement, easement and resolution will be
provided Monday.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the resolution.
