STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: City Staff has reviewed NE Douglas Parkway Paving Project
(Grant Ragan) Public Improvements and find it in general conformance with
the standard specification for the City of Waukee.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the resolution.

RESOLUTION 17-
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[NE DOUGLAS PARKWAY PAVING PROJECT (GRANT RAGAN)]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, Tony Vermeer of Pella, IA, has completed the public improvements
associated with the NE Douglas Parkway Paving Project (Grant Ragan); AND,
WHEREAS, City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of the
NE Douglas Parkway Paving Project (Grant Ragan) and confirm that said improvements
constructed as a part of this project are in general conformance with the Standard
Specifications of the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 6`' day of February, 2017, that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with the NE Douglas Parkway Paving Project (Grant Ragan).
