STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: City Staff has reviewed Waukee Market Place Public
Improvements and find it in general conformance with the standard
specification for the City of Waukee.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the resolution.

RESOLUTION 17-
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[WAUKEE MARKET PLACE]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, Corell Contractor of West Des Moines, IA, has completed the public
improvements associated with Waukee Market Place; AND,
WHEREAS, City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of
Waukee Market Place and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part of this
project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of
Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 6"' day of February, 2017, that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with Waukee Market Place.
