AGENDA ITEM: Consideration of approval of Payment Estimate No. 2 to RDG Dahlquist Art
Studio, for the Raccoon River Valley Trailhead Public Art Project in the
amount of $116,098.26.
FORMAT: Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Payment Estimate No. 2 to RDG Dahlquist Art Studio is
for the purchase of the clay for the tile cladding. Construction of the concrete
bollards and the pergola structure will begin this month. Prepping the clay tile
takes approximately 5-6 months. The quantities completed to date have been
reviewed and agreed upon by the contractor, City of Waukee Staff.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: $116,098.26

RECOMMENDATION: Approve the resolution.
