SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: The Waukee Area Arts Council plans to have a beer
garden as part of their July 8, 2017 arts festival in Centennial Park.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:
COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT:
STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Police, Fire, and Development Services Departments
have reviewed the application and find no reason to deny the permit at
this time.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the application, pending proof of dram insurance.
