Attached please find a detailed Pay Request for City Council approval on May 15, 2017
Submitted Quantity
• Release of Retainage of $30,000.00
We have reviewed all of the required close-out documents and have received concurrence from District 4
to proceed with releasing retainage. If City Staff concurs, we recommend the City of Waukee approve
payment to Howrey Construction, of Rockwell City, Iowa in the amount of $30,000.00 for the retainage
held on the work completed. To satisfy the required 31 day hold, we recommend the City hold payment
until June 15", 2017.
