STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: City Staff has reviewed The Shops at Kettlestone North Plat
1 public improvements and find it in general conformance with the standard
specification for the City of Waukee.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the resolution.

RESOLUTION 17-
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[THE SHOPS AT KETTLESTONE NORTH PLAT 11
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, Priority Excavating of Des Moines, IA, has completed the public
improvements associated with The Shops at Kettlestone North Plat 1; AND,
WHEREAS, City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of The
Shops at Kettlestone North Plat 1 and confirm that said improvements constructed as a
part of this project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the
City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 15"' day of May, 2017, that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with The Shops at Kettlestone North Plat 1.

Based on my review on May 5, 2017, I find the improvements constructed at The Shops at
Kettlestone North Plat 1 (Tallgrass) are in general conformance with the standard specification
of the City of Waukee.
