SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: The service includes construction of street light
poles for Phase 3 of Southfork Street Lighting Design Project.
Construction staking includes one set of construction stakes and if
locations need to be restaked, additional fees will be accessed.

APPROVING SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT FOR ADDITIONAL SERVICES WITH
SNYDER & ASSOCIATES, INC. ISOUTHFORK STREET LIGHTING DESIGN
PROJECT]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, on September 21, 2015, the Waukee City Council approved an agreement with
Snyder & Associates, Inc., related to street lighting design and analysis for the Southfork Plats
and 2 (Resolution 415-324); AND,
WHEREAS, City staff recommends a supplemental agreement with Snyder & Associates to
address Phase 3 of the Southfork Street Lighting Design Project; AND,
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has reviewed the Supplemental Agreement and finds it
satisfactory;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee that the
Supplemental Agreement for Additional Services with Snyder & Associates, Inc. [Southfork
Lighting Design Project] is hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved the 5`h day of June, 2017.
