(BW) (Beer/Wine) for Hop Nguyen, d/b/a H’s Pho Restaurant [286 W
Hickman Road]
FORMAT: Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: A Class B Beer (BB) (Includes Wine Coolers) Permit
for H’s Pho Restaurant was approved in May 2017. The applicant had
applied for the wrong permit at that time and has since submitted a new
application to include wine sales.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:
COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT:
STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Police, Fire, and Development Services Departments
have reviewed the application and find no reason to deny the permit at
this time.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the liquor license.
