Proposed Ordinance PREPARED BY: Beth Richardson rK REVIEWED BY: John Gibson PUBLIC NOTICE INFORMATIO — NAME OF PUBLICATION: DATE OF PUBLICATION: ORDINANCE NO. 17- AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 502, WAUKEE MUNICIPAL CODE, TRAFFIC REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA, BY ADDING TO SECTION 502 "PARKING REGULATIONS," A CERTAIN PUBLIC STREET AS SPECIFIED BELOW WHEREAS, the City of Waukee has determined that a certain public street should be added to the no parking ordinances. BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of Waukee: Section 1. Chapter 502, Waukee Municipal Code, Traffic Regulations, Section 502.2 is hereby amended as follows: §502.2 No parking is permitted at any time on the east side of the following north - south streets: Cari Circle Section 2. Repealer. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed. Section 3. Severability Clause. If any section, provision or part of this ordinance shall be adjudged invalid or unconstitutional, such adjudication shall not affect the validity of the ordinance as a whole or any section, provision, or part thereof not adjudged invalid or unconstitutional. Section 4. Effective Date. This ordinance shall be in effect upon its final passage, approval and publication as provided by law. Passed by the Council the day of Attest: Rebecca D.
