non-represented City of Waukee employees as of July 1, 2017

SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: The City Administrator, in negotiation with the Human
Resource Director, Finance Director, and all department directors,
recommends establishing the wage or salary rates as of July 1, 2017.

RESOLUTION 17-
ESTABLISHING WAGE OR SALARY RATES FOR NON-REPRESENTED CITY OF
WAUKEE EMPLOYEES AS OF JULY 1, 2017
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County;
AND,
WHEREAS, per City of Waukee Code Section §110.4 the City Council shall annually review
and approve proposed wages for City employees whose positions are not represented by the City
of Waukee Collective Bargaining Unit; AND,
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed proposed wage or salary rates;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
19th day of June, 201, hereby approves and establishes wage and salary rates for non-represented
City employees, according to Exhibit A, hereto attached, and made part of this resolution; AND,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said wage and salary rates shall be in effect as of July 1,
2017.
