(corrected) for non-represented City of Waukee employees as of July 1, 2017

SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Due to errors found in the Wage/Salary List for non-
represented City of Waukee employees as of July 1, 2017 submitted to
Council and approved on June 19, 2017, staff is submitting a revised
Wage/Salary List for Council approval.

RESOLUTION 17-
ESTABLISHING WAGE OR SALARY RATES (CORRECTED) FOR NON-
REPRESENTED CITY OF WAUKEE EMPLOYEES AS OF JULY 1, 2017
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County;
AND,
WHEREAS, per City of Waukee Code Section §110.4 the City Council shall annually review
and approve proposed wages for City employees whose positions are not represented by the City
of Waukee Collective Bargaining Unit; AND,
WHEREAS, on June 19, 2017, the Waukee City Council approved and established wage and
salary rates for non-represented City employees (Resolution #17-306); AND,
WHEREAS, following approval, several errors were discovered among the wages and salaries;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
27th day of June, 2017, hereby approves and establishes wage and salary rates (corrected) for
non-represented City employees, according to Exhibit A, hereto attached, and made part of this
resolution; AND,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said wage and salary rates shall be in effect as of July 1,
2017.
