Rental Agreement [5 Bel Aire Drive]
FORMAT: Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: The City of Waukee owns property addressed as 5
Bel Aire Drive. City staff proposed approval of a rental agreement with
Kyle Terlouw for the dwelling unit on that property. The term of the
rental began July 1, 2017.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: Rent of $750.00/month
COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT:
STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: City staff recommends approval of the rental
agreement.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the resolution.

RESOLUTION 17-
APPROVING DWELLING UNIT RENTAL AGREEMENT [5 BEL AIRE DRIVE]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee owns a dwelling unit and property addressed as 5 Bel Aire
Drive, Waukee, IA; AND,
WHEREAS, the City proposes to enter into a Dwelling Unit Rental Agreement with Kyle
Terlouw for 5 Bel Aire Drive, beginning July 1, 2017.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
10th day of July, 2017, that it hereby approves the Dwelling Unit Rental Agreement [5 Bel Aire
Drive.
