This program, the CRF return, is in addition to the CRF refund program, which is entering its eleventh year. The ICAP Board is of the opinion the CRF return program, which will benefit 754 Iowa public entities this year, is evidence not only of the strength and viability of the ICAP program, but also of the committed loss control efforts of our members. It is made possible because of you — our members. Your commitment to the program, and to its overall loss experience and financial condition, make for a more stable Pool and, consequently, enable us to continue to give back. This year, ICAP will return a total of $3.7M to the ICAP Membership. Your entity alone will receive $19404.45 in the form of a credit voucher. Please deduct this amount from your invoiced anniversary contribution and return the voucher to our office when you remit your contribution payment (the invoiced amount less the credit listed on your voucher). Please contact your ICAP underwriter if you have questions or require assistance. We appreciate your support and continued participation in the Pool, and we always welcome your feedback regarding the services and offerings ICAP affords.
