AGENDA ITEM: Consideration of approval of Payment Estimate No. 3 to RDG Dahlquist Art
Studio, for the Raccoon River Valley Trailhead Public Art Project in the
amount of $183,035.50
FORMAT: Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Payment Estimate No. 3 to RDG Dahlquist Art Studio is
for construction of the concrete bollards and tile cladding. Prepping the clay
tile takes approximately 5-6 months. Installation of the tiles will begin July
11th. The quantities completed to date have been reviewed and agreed upon
by the contractor, City of Waukee Staff.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: $183,035.50

RECOMMENDATION: Approve the resolution.
