Concrete Construction, Inc. for the SE Esker Ridge Drive Grand Prairie
Parkway to SE Glacier Trail Project in the amount by $121,947.00.

SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Absolute Concrete Construction, Inc. has requested
Payment Estimate No. 1 for the work completed on the SE Esker Ridge
Drive Grand Prairie Parkway to SE Glacier Trail Project in the amount of
$121,947.00. Foth Infrastructure and Environment, LLC has reviewed
the payment estimate and recommends payment.
Partial Payment No.1 is for work completed from June 1, 2017 to June
28, 2017.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: $121,947.00.

• 33418 CY of Item 2.3, Excavation Class 10, On Site
• 1.0 LS of Item 2.5, Clearing and Grubbing
• 0.17 LS of Item 9.4, SWPPP Management
• 2261 LF of Item 9.5, Silt Fence Installation
0.50 LS of Item 11.1, Mobilization
We have reviewed the submitted quantities and they appear to be in order with what has been constructed
in the field. If City Staff concurs with this payment, we recommend the City of Waukee pay Absolute
Concrete of Slater, Iowa in the amount of $121,947.00 for the work completed to date.
