SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: The change order is to for the purchase and
installation of a new control building and delivery of the old control
building to the Waukee Public Works Facility for future reuse.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COSTBENEFIT ANALYSIS: The net result of this
Change Order increases the contract price by $124,042.00.

CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
Enclosed are three signed copies of Change Order No. 1 for the Little Walnut Creek
Regional Lift Station Expansion project.
Change Order No. 1 is for the purchase and installation of a new control building and
delivery of the old control building to the Waukee Public Works Facility for future reuse.
Change Order No. 1 will increase the price for the Little Walnut Creek Regional Lift
Station Expansion project by a total of $124,042.00. We recommend approval of Change
Order No. 1 by the City Council of the City of Waukee.
Please execute al I three copies of Change Order No. 1 in the spaces provided. Please
return one copy to Veenstra & Kimm, Inc., forward one copy to Synergy Contracting, LLC
and retain one copy for your files.
